Review: This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I have ordered a navigation product from them which was bad, they charged me to buy other pieces to replace the bad product and when I sent back the bad item they refused to refund my money for it. I was forced to dispute their charges with my credit card company. After I won the dispute they have refused to service any of the units they have sold me over the past year or more, leaving several customers with non-functioning units that they refuse to warranty because they say that I owe them money. And now the final straw they proceeded to bad mouth me to several of my customers telling them that my business is a deadbeat organization that does not pay its bills. I have paid them for every product that we have installed, and because I wanted my money back rather than to take another of their units that they tried to force on me they are refusing to support us or our customers with their constantly defective product. At this point because of their systems problems and their poor customer service I have lost one of my best clients. I have tried to settle this with them and they are unwilling to budge in any way.Desired Settlement: I would like them to respect the decision that was made in the credit card dispute, which mirrored their managers agreement (manager refuses to speak to me now) to return our money for the bad unit they sent us. Also I would like them to continue to honor the warranty and service the units they sold us in the past that are malfunctioning. In addition I would like a letter of apology sent to myself and my customer for the way they have spoken about our business to our customers.
