Not only figured out an easy way for me BUT at a very affordable price $for the job where others wanted $or more AND done in a timely manner AND a quality job

WORST COMPANY EVER.......I called to set up a service call and spoke to [redacted]....he was rude and curt and dismissive.....awful customer service employee......I was so upset I asked to speak to the owner of the company [redacted]......he seemed nice at first, but ended up being a complete liar......he promised me a service window in the afternoon, but the day before the job....had his secretary [redacted] call to say I had to have a morning appointment or wait a month for service.......OVERPRICED.......RUDE.....NOT TRUSTWORTHY.......will NEVER recommend them.....AWFUL customer service......please find another company

Review: My father-in-law purchased as a gift for my wife and I an antique map of Jerusalem, Israel from the Icon Gallery in [redacted]. At the time of purchase, he was told there is evidence of its authenticity, but that it was still being obtained, and would be delivered to either my father-in-law or my wife and me once it is. My wife went to the Icon Gallery once to request evidence of the map's authenticity. At such time, the proprietor indicated that she is still in the processs of obtaining it and would get back to us once she has. A few weeks past and we called at least twice to get a status update; however, our calls were not returned. We went in person to the store on Sunday, January 26 during business hours; however no one was there and the doors were locked.

As of this date we have not received anything regarding the authenticity of the map. We have concerns that it may not be an antique as represented by the seller.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund and or discount to reflect the uncertainty of the map's authenticity. At this point, we have doubts whether we can even trust whatever may be produced as evidence of authenticity.
