Icon Granite did an OUTSTANDING JOB from the start!!!! [redacted] came over to give us an estimate for granite counter tops and back-splash He was very friendly and professional He gave us suggestions to make our island bigger and our bathrooms look better He was upfront about everything and helped us feel reassured that the job would be done professionallyWe then went to visit the showroom to pick out colors for back splash and granite The ladies there were also very friendly and professional They showed us all of our choices and also gave suggestions that we had not thought of The day of installation, the work crew came in and got straight to work They laid tarps down in the areas where they were walking and working The granite and back-splash was installed in half a day Then the plummer came in to install new under mount sinks throughout He also was professional and informative All workers cleaned up after they were done We would highly recommend Icon Granite!!! They do great work at a great price and in a timely manner

I saw their ad in a monthly magazine, they were running a special, which included the sink and plumbing, and I went to their showroom on Saturday, 8/ I met *** and ***, they showed me different countertop materials, sink options, and back splash*** was able to do an in-home estimate that day I had almost square feet of countertop, including the islandWe agreed on the price, and the install was set up for the following Saturday, (9/3)*** came by during the week, prepared the template, and advised that the installers would arrive between - 9:am*** emailed a detailed invoice, which included the countertops, tile back splash, sink, plumbing, and labor The installers arrived at 9:am, in a company box truck, put down protective covering for the floors and carpet, and were very courteousThey immediately started working on tearing out the old countertops, did not create a huge mess, and were very efficientThey brought their industrial vacuum machine and kept the work areas cleanI picked out a backsplash pattern, and was very happy with the results
