** *** The dryer is not working and is actually worse than before. There was lint on the inside of the dryer where it was not cleaned by tech and the electrical components are covered in lint; since the dryer has been unable to be used, this was obviously on there when the tech was here and left in there perhaps creating a fire hazard that we would not know about unless the dryer was opened up. In my opinion, based on what I witnessed, it is obvious the wheel was not replaced. On the refrigerator, the ice maker is still not working as of today's date and when I hired someone else to fix it, the ice maker was not the issue with the water leaking. Due to lack of professionalism and the mess that Duvall's left, I requested that the warranty company send someone else out to my home so I could be assured that my appliances would be fixed properly this time

Complaint of a Maytag Washer M# MHW4300DWS# On 04/02/We received a work order for Maytag Washer with complaint of washer will not drain. (TRIP #1) Tech diagnosed unit as needing new drain pump part # Wit was ordered on 04/04/18. (TRIP #2) The technician replaced the
drain pump on 04/13/18.On 04/23/We received a recall on again same Washer with complaint of "pump is still clogged and won't drain, also soap dispenser is missing. We scheduled for the tech to go to the customer's home on 04/27/Customer stated call had to be after 4:It was explained to him that we cannot guarantee after 4:we could request it but we cannot promise that timeCustomer was upset tech could not do after 4:and stated he was going to file a complaintWe never take customer's parts unless it is a faulty part that we installed within a day periodWe NEVER took the customer's soap dispenser he stated to the secretary he would look around his home for dispenser. The tech would not have removed the dispenser to replace the drain pump originally. We are sorry we could not complete this customer within his time frameOur business hours are 8:00A.M.-4:00P.MWe prefer not to do business at this point with a customer that does not trust our company and accuses us as "stealing" a part from their unit

I have been very clear about my work schedule and inability to answer the phone after noon at that numberIn fact I have left multiple messages myself before noon with no immediate response. There has never been a complaint regarding the dryer NOT workingThe customer complaint was dryer making a squealing noiseThe technician did NOT replace the roller or as customer states the "wheel" but as we stated previously we replaced the IdlerThe issue of lint not being cleaned, we do not clean unitsWe are a repair company and will only do regular maintenance on a unit if requested by warranty companies because most do NOT cover regular maintenanceAs far as the icemaker not working as of today's date, we were not given the opportunity to see if there was an additional issue with the refrigerator. As a company we feel we are very professional and try to resolve all issues to make our customers happy Mr***'s warranty company called and stated he did not want our company back to his home because of our scheduling date and not due to lack of professionalismWe are sorry he is unhappy with our companyAt this point we understand it is in the best interest of Mr*** and our company to allow another company to check out the additional issues he says are now happening with his units

Because this company has had more than one occasion to make this correction. They have just failed, they sent two techs one diagnosed the problem the other put pump on its still down and that has been over days. If you want more details contact *** location on *** street Speak to *** there. Is getting new company to come fix my problem. I wouldn't want them back in my home after the way I have been treated with several no call, NO shows. I have done all I can with this lame company. I would like for them to replace my soap dispenser that came up missing after their tech came and went. It was brand new two piece assemble and *** knows about this as well he gave it to me in person After the person came to look things over it was gone. No you tell me how a part to my washer just disappears and they were the only ones near my washer Trust is not the issue its BAD SERVICE. I can promise you this I will not stop until ***s drops them as a client and cancels their contract I am just very upset at their response as if it was my problem and its theirs. Nobody bothered to call or show up on the appointments that were set up through ***s. I had contacted this company each time before and after the no show to tell them of appointment and times all was good until the day came and NOBODY. I sat at my house until after pm each time. NO CALL NO SHOWS are not GOOD BUSINESS...YOUR FIRED!!! *** *** * *** *** ** *** Get Directions Phone number *** ***

Again, we DO NOT take any parts from a unit unless it is a part we replaced that falls under our day part warranty. Maybe the customer misplaced the dispenser after receiving it from ***Again our hours are 8:00-4:Monday-FridayOur techs do their best to manage request but none are guaranteedAll customers are told this when scheduling with our officeThey are told a tech will call them the morning of service and give a hour window of when to expect themIf we do not get an answer, customers are put on hold until they call back in to reschedule appointment. ALL appointments must be confirmed the morning of service to avoid dry runs for our techniciansWe are sorry he feels this way about our companyAt this time we do not think the customer will be satisfied with us and should be directed to another company for any and all repairs

This is in response to customer [redacted] located at [redacted]. We originally received a work order on 08/16/17 from [redacted] to repair a Samsung refrigerator that was not working. We scheduled for a tech to service the unit on 08/21/17. On the 21st, the tech ordered a Refrigerator evap cover,...

userinterface and EOC. We received the parts on 08/25 and the backordered part on 09/05/17. We called and left a message on 09/08/17 and again on 09/18/17 to install parts and never heard back from the customer. We finally spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and scheduled for completion and installation of parts for 09/26/17. The tech went out and installed parts on said date but noticed we still needed one additional part to make the display work. The part was ordered and  we called NUMEROUS times 10/05/17, 10/13/17, 10/23/17, 10/31/17, 11/02/17 with no answer and NO call back to schedule. Due to the original start date of 08/21/17 we closed out invoice and was preparing to send the inverter back because we could no longer keep the invoice in open status when customer does not return our call to schedule. We have never collected any money for repair from the customer. They may have paid [redacted] directly. We made multiple attempts to complete repair with not return contact from customer. Again since receiving this complaint, we called Mrs. [redacted] on 12/07/17 and left message to complete repair again NO CALL BACK.

We were requested on 09/21/2017 by AIG Warranty company to service a refrigerator and dryer for Mr. [redacted]. On 9/26/2017 we were at the home of Mr. [redacted] and serviced his Whirlpool refrigerator that was leaking water. We replaced the icemaker on his unit. We also serviced a Whirlpool dryer that was...

making a squeaking noise. We replaced the idler pulley. The technician did advise Mrs. [redacted] the noise should stop after a few uses but if not, please let us know and we would schedule to come back out. On 9/27/17 Mr. [redacted] called back stating the noise was worse than before so we scheduled the next available slot in his zip code for Tuesday 10/03/17. Mr. [redacted] was very upset waiting until the following week however the secretary explained to him that was the next available appointment but she would put him at the top of the cancellation list. On 10/02/17 we received a call from Mr. [redacted]'s warranty company AIG stating he wanted to cancel the appointment with us. We feel at this time our work was completed and possibly no longer needed due to the dryer no longer making a noise as the technician explained would happen after normal use of the dryer.
