I used Icon Shears to purchase shears for my entire salonThe delivery was fast and the items are great qualityI wanted to share my wonderful experience with others as all my questions and concerns were answered by their customer service teamI've never had such great experience and I look forward to investing in more shears

I bought three pair of shears from this company they all bend the hair between the blades I sent them back to be fixed and received very polite customer service however only one of the three pairs was fixed to working order the other two still bend hair between the bladeThis company is great on customer service however the product isn't a great buy I give a out of for customer service but a 3out of on product quality

I purchased a few pairs of shears from Icon Shears and have only positive things to say about my experience. Not only was their customer service great but they went out of their way to answer any questions I had about their items. When the items were received they were more then what I expected. The quality of the shears are wonderful and the detailing is just as described in their online photos. Shipping was super fast and overall I had a great experience purchasing from this company.

I bought 2 pair of icon shears from a salesmen that visited our school. He claimed these shears such high quality and we were getting a great discount . I later found out that shears made in Pakistan are one of the cheapest places you can get shears aprox. worth $4-6 a pair to make. They are known to break easily and need to be sharpened often. This man scammed us as I am sure many other students. When I emailed them about my concerns the lady was acting very clueless as to what my concerns were when I finally just told her as cold out as I possibly could to get it through to her that I paid 160 dollarsUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!!
