Review: I ordered 2 items from Iconic Cosmetics on June 1. The order said that it would take 7-14 business days to be delivered. It is now July 3 and I have not received my items or even an email saying that my items have been shipped. The money was deducted from my bank account. I tried emailing the company twice and got no response. I reached out to their Instagram social media account and asked for help. They deleted my comment and told me to direct message them on Instagram but when I did, I received a notification that they read it, but they never responded. I am starting to believe that they are running a scam by collecting money from customers and not giving them a product. It is ridiculous that I am now waiting over a month for a lipstick and an eye powder. It looks like I am not the only person that this has happened to. I have read multiple comments from other customers with the exact same issue that I am experiencing including not receiving any contact from the company after they tried to reach out for information on their order.Desired Settlement: This business has a responsibility to either deliver the product that has been ordered and paid for by a customer or at least contact them regarding any delivery issues. I do not want the product anymore. I just want my money back and I will take it elsewhere.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Iconic Cosmetics regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They have also failed to contact me about any other requests that I made prior to this complaint about the status of my order.

Review: On the site it says shipping in 7-14 business days.I've been waiting over a month. I've sent emails and left comments on site. No response.Desired Settlement: I paid for a product and it should be delivered.
Great product & fast shipping. I will order from Iconic Cosmetics again!
