Iconic Dollz

I purchased an item from Iconic Dollz on December 5th, 2019! The website days 6-10 business days for shipping and 1 business day for processing. I prepared myself to wait for the 6-10 days business days which according to the calendar shows that 6-10 business days from 12/2/2019 would make the 10th business day should have been either the 19th or 20th thats either a Thursday or Friday, never received it on either days so I checked my tracking number and it didnt say anything, so me trying to support a black woman's business and be patient I waited a couple more days and still there wasnt nothing at my door from Iconic Dollz! I received an email from Iconic Dollz on 12/25/2019 stating that "Your order has shipped and is on the way" so I was excited expecting it to come in 2-3 days since its already been passed 6-10 business days. January 4th came around and still there wasnt a package from Iconic Dollz, so I personally messaged the company and they responded saying it was lost but 12/25 it said it was shipped and on the way so that was a lie to cover their behalf. January 6th came around and still no package and I filed the dispute with TCF BANK, Iconic Dollz were upset about that but told me it will be disputed and would take 5-10 business days to be credited to my account and I will be added to the do not ship list! January 10th came and I Received the item even after I disputed it and was supposedly placed on the do not ship list! I messaged the company they said sorry to continue with the dispute and their bank will take care of it! I kept asking for an address to send the item back with no replies so I sent the item back and have yet to receive a refund! My bank denied my dispute request because ICONIC DOLLS told them it was delivered even though it should have been! I have recontacted them and was told by the owner that she couldnt do anything about it that they now dont do refunds now and that I need to get the money back from my bank, who keeps telling me I need to contact the iconic doll
