We hoped to resolve the issue of the balance owed to Iconic Motorcars by compiling with the Revdex.com but the person who filed this complaint obviously does not believe or respect the Revdex.com This complaint was made by the customer in his attempt to not pay what he owe us The customer has now made a complaint to the Arizona attorney general and we will do what the state needs to help mediate

I take the satisfaction of my customers very seriously and after being in business for more than 20 years, I have thousands of happy customers.  I think the customer in this case is confused and even though I called him and communicated with him personally more than three times in the few days...

that his car was at DMT AUTO, I now know that he was not comprehending any of the information I was giving him.   I am not certain what this customer is asking for.  We tried to help him when his car broke down AFTER THE 15 DAY 500 MILE IMPLIED WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED in order to make sure he was fully satisfied.  The items that were faulty were replaced by another mechanic shop (DMT AUTO) that we referred his car to and we even showed him the two control units for his ignition that caused his car not to start and his key was programmed to the new ignition modules which solved the issue with his car not starting.  He never paid us to program his key to the door locks and as he said he contacted a locksmith who he drove to and met with his now running car in order to program his door locks which is normal procedure after having your ignition module changed.  He had to contact a locksmith because DMT AUTO did not have the computer required to program the key to the door and did not charge him to.  This customer only paid $645 which was half of the entire bill, we expect full payment of the balance of the work done.  the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) problem that he has now has nothing to do with the key or the ignition of his car or any repair DMT AUTO performed and he will have to take it to a tire shop to resolve any issues with that system. If the customer does not pay the balance of the $645.56 that is due his debt will be sent to a collection agency which will take action and since there is no lien holder on this vehicle may take action against the title of his car and eventually repossess his car.  This is perfectly legal using a mechanics lien.
