With all due respect to this client, we have done all that could be done considering the fact that the client never returned to us the required Collection Information Statements that we sent her on the day we enrolled herI spoke with her today and she claims that she did in fact send the documents however she was unable to provide us with a successful fax transmission confirmationThe only thing holding up this clients case is their inability to get the required documents back to us.
We regret that the client has had an unfavorable experience, however, the client is expected to assist in the process by being diligent in returning the necessary documents that we need in order to complete the resolutions process

This company was completely unavailable for three weeks by phone, email, and fax. Until I contacted Revdex.com did I finally get a return call. I did fax my paperwork over to them after the company had requested it on [redacted]. ITS corporation does not provide any service but a scam. They seemed to have received all my other faxes sent to the same fax number. Also, why did I not receive any contact from them regarding this missing paperwork since [redacted]. I have filed a fraud claim with the attorny generals office in Texas to address this company's lack of service.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

As President/CEO of iCONIC Tax Solutions, Inc. I take client's complaints very seriously. In response to this client's complaint, we did in fact move office locations and there may very well have been a breakdown in communication as a result of that...
transition. However, we have never ceased working on [redacted] case and are committed to continue the resolutions process until full resolution has been achieved.
In consideration of Mr. [redacted]'s frustration, I will agree to waive the remaining $200 that is owed to us for the balance of his resolutions fee and will instruct my staff to prepare and submit his 2013 tax returns at no additional charge whatsoever.
My hopes are that this will satisfy Mr. [redacted] and that this dispute may be considered settled.
