Review: I sot the services of the company for locator services and service of process. I was quoted a price of $190 for the combined services. I purchased these services on 7/31/14 and was promised a report and that the individual I was searching for would be 'severed' within one week to 10 days. I was also offered an additional free service of process of another individual via certified mail. Currently, it has been 48 days and the person I has NOT been served. I understand in the process serving business of the potential of NOT serving someone, however if that happens, I am supposed to receive documentation of that fact. In this instance, this company has NOT followed through with any of its promises, just the report. I wouldn't take this matter to such extremes, but the company has NOT communicated with me in several days, reported anything in my cases, delivered anything to me for me to report to the courts, etc. I am dealing with time-sensitive issues and this company knows it. For them to prolong my case, not communicate, not allow me to close out my case it's causing me problems with my Legal matters. I am seeking a refund for just the Process Serving Services seeing as though the company did NOT follow through as promised.Desired Settlement: A partial refund. I only got half the service.
