ICR Signs

Review: To whom it may concern,I had contacted [redacted], owner of the ICR signs to have some signs done for my new medical office. He came and gave me a quote and requested a deposit. I gave him the deposit and he promised to have it done in the week follow but it never happened. I called again and next day he delivered the business card for one of the provider which it was his last day working at the office so the business cards was useless. [redacted] then promised to come back next day to complete the job but it never happened. SO I called again before the end of the year and he promised to be there on Christmas day. I asked him which office would open on Christmas day because We are closed. He then said he will get it done before the end of the year and once again it never happened. I called him again after the new year and he promised to be here last Monday or Tuesday but never showed up. I found some other complained about him on the website with same issues. I hope Revdex.com can get involve and help us. We are all the small businesses and we are hoping other business around town can provide trust and honestly so we all can work together. Review: I CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS MORE THAN A YEAR AGO FOR SOME EMBROIDERY ON BUSINESS T-SHIRTS FOR MY BODY SHOP ICR STATED THEY WILL BE DONE IN ONE WEEK IS BEEN OVER A YEAR TO DATE. WENT TO THE PLACE OF ORDER. (AT WILSON WAY FLEA MARKET WERE HE CONDUCTS BUSINESS OVER WEEKENDS) HE KEPT ON TELLING ME ILL BRING THEM NEXT WEEK, WAITED COUPLE WEEKS WENT BACK TOLD ME HE FORGOT THEM BUT THEY WERE READY TOLD ME AGAIN FOR NEXT WEEKEND AND SAME STORY SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HIM AND LEFT THEM AT HIS SHOP TOLD ME TO PICK THEM UP FROM HIS SHOP I WENT FOLLOWING WEEK HE SAID HE TOOK THEM TO FLEA MARKET. AT THAT POINT I TOLD HIM IF HE COULD BRING TO MY PLACE AFTER WEEKEND HE SAID HE WILL AND NEVER SHOWED UP. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I CALLED HIM HE SAID HE HAS TO MUCH WORK NOW TO CALL BACK NEXT DAY. AND SAME STORY AFTER THAT PHONE CALL HE BEEN VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE HE NEVER HAST TIME TO LOOK FOR MY T-SHIRTS CONTACTED HIM LAST WEEK (8-21-15) HE SAID COME TO SHOP MONDAY WENT TO SHOP HE SAID CALL AFTER LUNCH TIME CALLED HE SAID CALL ME TOMORROW MORNING I CALLED THEN CALL ME THIS AFTERNOON AND IS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR THE PAST COUPLE DAYS NOT TO MENTION SAME THING HAPPENED WHEN HE MADE ME GO TO FLEA MARKET BACK AND FORTH TO HIS STORE. TIRE OF THIS SITUATION IS JUST NOT RIGHT TO KEEP OTHERS PEOPLE MONEY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY NETWORK OF CUSTOMERS AND FRIENDS.Desired Settlement: NEED MY T-SHIRTS DONE IF THEY WERE LOST NEED FULL REFUND FOR SHIRTS AND I ALSO PAID IN FULL WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER.I'M A BUSINESS MAN MY SELF AND THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS IS MADE I LOST AT LEAST 1 HR EVERY TIME I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER TRIED TO PICK THEM UP ABOUT 7 TIMES AND NEED COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AS WELL I HAD TO LEAVE MY BUSINESS TO GO TO HIS AND I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THAT AS WELL
