Review: to whom it may concern,I recently used the services of a place called AZ RTO or homestart on my billing statements. they have a program where they help fix your credit by "counseling" and its kinda on a payment plan. Anyways I paid intially $300 dollars to start the program they called me a week later said I had to come back in and set up automatic payments. So, I went back in set up $100 dollar a month payment plan. They then charged me another $300 dollars I went into the office and asked if I could get my money back using the money back guartunee that they offered cause I had been billed $600 dollars with no help with credit "counseling" They were suppose to send us letters to send to creditors (which we never received until I walked into the office and demanded my money back cause they had done nothing for me). a Lady by the name of Rebecca Wrote me a Promise note that I would not be billed again till I saw results. I was charged another $200 dollars over the next 2 months after I was told that they would stop payments. I sent the letters to the creditors twice and still didn't receive a reply. After, having a conversation with my girlfriend on how they could delete the accounts on her credit application they asked if they wanted to move forward (Which I guess meant that they were going to start charging me another $100 dollars a month). I went to the office again! demanded my money back signed some paper work and took a $75 dollar cancelation fee out of the money that I had given them $900 in total so I should be getting $825 back Mike that processed the cancelation told me that he'd call me that day when the office manger decides on what to do. and on the form says I should have it by 5-6 business days. Its been 9 business days since I have heard anything from anyone and that is only cause I had to Email Mike and he told me that he is still waiting for the office mangers decision. I feel like I am never going to get my money back after only Authorizing one transaction of $300 dollars!Desired Settlement: $900 dollars

Review: I heard an advertisment on the radio and it said that this company would help find a new place to live threw RTO program garented. So I gave them a call, paid all registration fees and started paper work right away. I had about 5 months to find a new place to live , and at the time had a substancial amount of money saved to get into a new place. Well I met with one of the employee's and did more paper work, and talked about what needed to be done to boost my credit, So I did all the paperwork and returned. We discused the money part of everything and the company offered to do a match opption with the monies I put down to get into a place. I put down $900.00. Keep in mind by this time I had been doing paper work for about 6 weeks , and getting excited to see some property, (which I NEVER did see)Needless to say 5 monthes passed I gave them money as a down payment to get into a place, AFTER paying all my fees to the company and NEVER once saw one piece of property, By month for I had a very bad feeling but the company keep trailing me on. My lease was up and I was forced to find a place to move and live, With NO help from "A fresh Start" aka ICredit .Desired Settlement: I would like my $900.00 back.
