When booking the cruise, the system froze up at the submission screen My only option was to exit out of the site and start the process again Unfortunately, when I received my credit card statement I was charged double deposits The customer service rep told me they are an "online company" and unable to,hale me get refunded for the second deposit, but she did give me an email Several emails to "***" made no difference In spite of the fact that I only booked ONE cruise, It was somehow my fault that I paid for TWO deposits
My only recourse was to write to the Attorny General for the State of New Hork, who instructed icruise to refund my second deposit
Be very, very, very careful when booking with his company No matter the issue or how blatantly at fault they may be, the will not make good without being strong-armed
