My parents prepaid for cremations over 10 years ago. When my father passed in 2009 and mom in 2013, I made one phone call and they took care of everything immediately, from picking up the body, getting death certificates and getting the ashes and certificates back to us in a timely matter. My husband and I signed up, and when my husband died in 2010, one phone call to them in the middle of the night and the same superior service. I feel confidant that when the services are needed for me, my family will have the same hasslefree dignified service from them.
