Good Morning to whomever it may concern, The [redacted] Family disposed of an item that is not a normally disposed of item that was large and heavyWe have items that are explicitly not allowed in our cans to be disposed of and these items will be expected to be paid for in order to properly dispose of themWe have a list of certain things we do not allow on our website (not all items are listed as it would be a very large list, we expect our customers to make a phone call in order to educate themselves before they attempt to throw away an item they may not think we take) As with all waste companies they have items they will not take, those items are a special pickup and are expected to be paid extra for their disposalThe [redacted] Family did not give us a phone call to inquire about said itemMrs [redacted] only contacted ICS in an irate manner after a statement had been sent to collect the funds needed to dispose of the item, she absolutely refused to compensate us There was a mistake on the bill claiming that it was a concrete statue, because our Driver who does that route informed Dispatch that there was a large, tall, heavy and possibly concrete statue sticking up over the top of the garbage canThe Driver notified Dispatch to send a bill in order to collect funds to properly dispose of the said item that turned out to be a large wooden statue according to Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] seems to not want to pay for an item that is not household trash or recyclingThe balance on the account will remain in order to collect funds for the disposal of the item in question, the bins will remain at location until payment is remitted IF the item is not paid for the balance will be sent to a collection agencyWe would appreciate compensation from Mrsor Mr [redacted] since we did dispose of said itemWe would like to advise Mrs [redacted] to please give her current waste collection company a phone call to ask if they can throw away a large statue in the futureWe would also like to point out that Mrs [redacted] attempted to wrongly defame our company walking door to door in her neighborhood regarding this issueMrs [redacted] told our Dispatch of her actions as far as defamation is concernedThank you, Sebahattin I***Owner Operator ICS

My comments on the response from ICS: Unless the ICS website changed, it does not address the issue at handI also wish to state that I had the smallest (gallon) trash can and the item was inside of the canThe ICS response did not address the fact that they have been undependable and therefore did not provide the agreed upon serviceThe ICS response stated that they will not remove the cans from my propertyThey removed the cans!ICS stated that I defamed them by asking my neighbors if their waste company would accept such itemsAsking such a question is not defamationThe ICS response claimed my call was hostile I feel that Yasim was hostileAfter speaking with Yasim, I told my husband the details of the conversation and he suggested that I call the policeICS states that they will send the $charge to a collection agency This is not an acceptable resolution

We apologize about the damage done to your drivewayUnfortunately when dropping containers,(because of their weight) there sometimes is damage done to drivewaysIt is up to the homeowner to be aware that the weight of a steal 10y industrial container may do some damage when deliveredFor example,
when placed on the ground it may dig up the grass and dirt when being delivered due to the weightIt may also do the same to asphalt, all driveways are differentWe do get requests from homeowners to place wood down before delivering a containerWe hope that the next time you order a dumpster, that you anticipate this potential damage
