Company could not send a comparable magazine so I ordered another. However, there's about $60 difference that they owe me.
Company sent note explaining that they could not get [redacted] any longer and for me to pick a comparable magazine. They didn't have a comparable magazine so I ordered a religious magazine. However, [redacted] was $80.50, which I paid to them. [redacted] magazine is $19.97 and they won't return the difference. My husband is 74 years old with Parkinsons, COPD and CHF. I'm 60 years old. I don't need 4 wheeler magazines, African American magazines, photography, weight watchers, body fitness. I was not told this at the time I bought the magazine. But they informed me of the little print when they couldn't get my magazine that I ordered. Order number is **XXXXXX. They just kept sending me a standard letter to pick another magazine at
"No Cost" to me for the inconvenience! No cost to me! They owe me $60 and then I could pick at one at no charge. But they don't even have one that I would want at no charge.
