Review: During the morning of 10/22/14; I was working on my home computer (desktop). While working on my computer my screen started to shake and then the view of the screen totally change. A message came up on my computer stating that my computer was only functioning at 98% and that I needed to call this number 844-335-2673. I could not do anything on my computer; it was not functioning. I called the number and this guy named George answered. He said he needed to log into my computer. He logged in and said that I had a very bad virus. I told him well I need to call my [redacted] support they should be able to take care of it. He said no, you do not need [redacted] only us can fix the problem this is a [redacted] problem and this is [redacted]". He said that it would cost me $349.99 and he would load [redacted] Office 2013 and this would cover up to 3 computers in my home. After a couple of days my computer still was not completed. I disputed the charges on my credit card and they did something where I could use it. I am still not completely satisfied. They guaranteed me satisfaction or my money back. During the morning of December 8, 2014 I contacted them (888-353-0056) to load [redacted] Office 2013 on my new laptop that I purchased. Again it took them several days to complete the work I thought they had completed. I asked them to take the [redacted] Office software off my computer that was on there and put their Software on it. The software that was on the computer was a [redacted] Software, but it was an internet version; accessible only through the internet. It was a subscription that was going to expire on 1/5/15. I found out on 12/31/14 that the subscription version was still on my computer. Trying to open it I got a message saying the software was about to expire. 1/5/15 I gave them 3 more days and still on this date 1/7/15 I do not have [redacted] Office 2013 on my computer. He said he was able to uninstalled software (2013), but could only put [redacted] Office 2007 on it.Desired Settlement: I cannot deal with them alone anymore. I have asked them for a refund. Mike said that is a problem between me and my bank. I want my $549.98 returned to me; this includes the initial $349.99 and $199.99 for the software not installed.I have supporting document, but everytime I try to upload them the computer just sits. I can mail them.
