Extremely pleased with my experience with icube development. Staff are very professional and friendly. They kept me updated in terms of what was being done to retrieve data from the hard drive after it had crashed. As a non-tech person, I especially appreciate that they let me know that it might not be possible to retrieve everything from the hard drive. They made three attempts to retrieve as much data as possible and were successful in getting back the most important pictures. Although I will now try to be more diligent about backing up files, if the need ever arises, I would not hesitate to return to this company.
It was 2 days before my wedding and the drive had my fiance's baby pictures and her entire photographic portfolio and we had to get it recovered before the wedding so she could do a slideshow presentation for the wedding. They did a free estimate that and were then able to recover all of my data from the corrupted drive. They also didn't take advantage of the situation and actually gave me a discount to help me out as money was pretty tight. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend iCube in a heartbeat!!!
We had work done with iCube Development this past week as a first time customer. From the beginning, they are honest and detailed in their explanations. They met their committed evaluation times and provided quotes promptly. They went above and beyond my expectations by coming in cheaper and faster than expected. But equally important is that they recovered almost 100% of the data I had on 3 drives. When I went in to pick them up, I was also given advice and how to do things better and what things to watch out for. Matthew and his team are exceptional and, although I hope I'll never be in a position to need them again, I will certainly be back if I do. These guys are honest and trustworthy through every step of the process.
