I ordered this item April 11th.and I have reached out to this company over 6 times for either a refund or for my merchandise and have gotten neither. They do not even respond to me at all at this point. They do however still send me emails trying to sell me more merchandise. My receipt number is ***. , The order number is

I ordered an ear wax removal item in March 2020. I kept getting shipping emails that told me to download the shipping information to my phone. When I did, the information sent me back to my email. The package showed as being shipped to and from China twice. It is now May 2020. I have not received the item. My emails are not answered. I also emailed *** as suggested for customer service several times to no avail.

Took money NEVER received any product. Will not answer Emails. Say they are in Wyoming but it’s a sham they are in Hong Kong. Do not do business with this company

I order a product on 4/2/2020. Confirmed by the company on 4/3/2022 . Shipment tracked from China arriving in the USA on 4/17/2020. Contacted he seller four different times to get delivery information since I did no have a USA shipper information. I never received a response. The company has cashed my check for $26.70. At this point I want a refund on my debit card so I can order from a different company.

I purchased a product and it said it was shipped from the usa and it has been a month and have not been recieved

I ordered a Ceenwes Pet hair clipper from IcySunrise (located in Wyoming) on 4/4/20. I rec'd an email that it was shipped on 4/16/20. I was charged for this item to my paypal account by a different company "She Swish Limited" on the same date.

I emailed customer *** to ask why the itwm was shipped from China and why it was taking so long and asked for a refund. I did not recieve any response.

To date I hae not received a reply, I have not received a refund and I have not received the item.
