ID Card Group Reviews (3)

This customer's complaint is about *** *** (which provides online customer experience reviews) and ***, a retail/online consumer electronics merchant from whom the customer purchased a television There is nothing in the customer's complaint regarding ID Card Group
Further, ID Card Group does not and has never sold televisions
The only similarity between the customer's description and ID Card Group's business is that we, apparently like ***, use *** *** for our customer reviews Also, unlike *** review process, ID Card Group's *** *** configuration _does_ allow customers to provide follfeedback after receiving their products and completing their shopping experience; to provide post-purchase feedback, the customer selects an option during their initial session
In conclusion, this complaint is not related to ID Card Group and we can find no record of this customer ever having purchased from us
Thank you very much,
*** *** *** *** ** *** ***

Terrible Customer Service.

I purchased a printer and supplies from them with my US issued and based AMEX card. Some days afterward I received an email that they only take T/T (which dont protect the consumer as credit card purchases do) without giving me reason. After I asked why, they responded (after some days) that the card was from Mexico. NO IT IS NOT. I replied with the US billing address, to prove the card's emission, and the just replied that they would only accept T/T. I dont know what type of scam they are running, that does not protect the consumer, maybe their products are not good and they dont like to deal with demanding clients. Anyway, bought it somewhere else, with the same card, and got a much better service.

Review: [redacted] is providing false advertising for online merchants. **'s review methodology does not allow consumers to post negative feedback after a transaction is completed. The only opportunity to review an online merchant is at checkout, which is a flawed methodology, as the consumer has yet to receive any services purchased. In my case, I purchased a television from [redacted], which advertises itself as a ** rated 5-star merchant with over 1600 reviews. Upon checkout, I was offered the opportunity to submit a review - even though I had not received any product from [redacted] yet. The only thing I had done was submit an order - how could I submit a review? Now, after over one week of calling, emailing and receiving no response from [redacted], I am unable to leave a fair review on **. If my situation is consistent with other consumers, this means that no consumers are able to leave truthful reviews for ** merchants. ** is knowingly providing false positive reviews to online merchants and in turn, misleading consumers. I have contacted ** directly, and they are unwilling to let me post a negative review of [redacted]. ** markets to online merchants who are looking for credibility. ** is providing positive reviews to merchants that may be dishonest or fraudulent merchants.Desired Settlement: ** should revise its review methodology to reflect truthful, accurate reviews. They should also provide class-action compensation to misled consumers who were victims of fraudulent merchants.

This customer's complaint is about [redacted] (which provides online customer experience reviews) and [redacted], a retail/online consumer electronics merchant from whom the customer purchased a television. There is nothing in the customer's complaint regarding ID Card Group. Further, ID Card Group does not and has never sold televisions.

The only similarity between the customer's description and ID Card Group's business is that we, apparently like [redacted], use [redacted] for our customer reviews. Also, unlike [redacted] review process, ID Card Group's [redacted] configuration _does_ allow customers to provide follow-up feedback after receiving their products and completing their shopping experience; to provide post-purchase feedback, the customer selects an option during their initial session.

In conclusion, this complaint is not related to ID Card Group and we can find no record of this customer ever having purchased from us.
