the customer is who they say they are as well as giving us the authorization to produce these badges. We deal with several police departments, public serviceman, and government officials where this could cause a real problem. Even in a case such as this if someone were to get into a business or home impersonating a direcTV installer the repercussions to these individuals as well as hurting the companies image. Looking over each card takes our staff time and money which is why we offer a store credit if any authorization cannot be produced and the customer does not want to change their design to one that may be printed without any authorization. This is clearly documented in our terms and conditions which not only must be agreed to before checkout, but are posted in full on the checkout page to be as clear as possible for the buyer. They state that we reserve the right to deny any card we feel fit, and that everything is up to our discretion as this is not exactly black and white. If the customer cannot provide any authorization for the denied cards they can change the design as much or little as needed, or receive store credit to be used later or on other products. By checking the box before checkout the customer acknowledged this and agreed to this binding contract. We ended up refunding this customer anyways and breaking our terms and conditions since this is a new customer and we wanted to maintain the possibility of a good relationship in the future.-IDCreator

I am very sorry that we were not able to satisfy the customer in this case, that is always our number one goal. After some review it appears this customer placed an order at 3:17 PM (Arizona time, where our office is located). We have a full support staff in our office who help customers over...

the phone, email, and our website's live chat who assist customers from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (normal business hours) our time. The only record of contact from this customer is the attached email we received yesterday in which she says that she just saw the charge from us and remembered that this was an order she placed for products she did not receive rather than the comment on Revdex.com claiming she tried numerous times to cancel this order (even though we received no contact from February 2015 - June, 2015. Tracking info is accessible via our website, or via assistance by our staff. If this customer had contacted us and informed us that they did not receive an order they placed we would gladly send a reshipment of the products upon verification. This customer has filed a credit card charge-back contesting this charge in the last 30 days. As per our very clear terms and conditions required to agree to before placing an order, we will not submit a refund for this order. Per the credit card charge-back case process we would not be able to refund the buyer even if this was not the case as the money is being held by a third party until the case has been decided.Had the customer contacted us prior to the complaint or contesting the credit charge we would be happy to send out a re-shipment and try to fulfill this order to the customers standards upon proof the products were not received. It is unfortunate we were not able to achieve customer satisfaction on this order, but that was simply not possibly due to the inconstancy of claims and lack of contact.

I placed a time sensitive order for our company. It clearly states on their website that they ship same day and since we paid for overnight shipping via FedEx ($24.99), we assumed to expect the order the next day. It is now two days since the order was placed and we have yet to receive said order. I have reached out via email and have yet to receive a response.

Regards,

Placed order being told product would arrive within 5-7 days. The day after ordering I received a tracking number. After 8 days of no update on tracking information I contact the company and customer service representative informed me that they had an issue making Id cards and it had not yet been shipped. I was never updated or informed of any issues or that there would be a delay on my order. It was a time sensitive order and was completely let down.

**Message to buyer**Hi [redacted],First of all I am sorry for the inconvenience or confusion, I see you have not previously ordered from us. I have submitted the refund in full but please read to understand our reasoning. When someone creates a custom ID Badge such as this we...

I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with IDCreator! Their website layout is simple and easy to use, and I was able to create my ID with no problems whatsoever. The best part is, it was pretty cheap compared to other services I was considering using. I'd definitely use IDCreator again if I ever need to make another ID, and I'll be sure to recommend the site to anyone else looking for an ID creating service.

Very happy with the order I made. The ID badges look great, and all my employees loved them! Shipping was fast, and the entire order was reasonable priced. I fully recommend them!

ID Creator is fast and easy to use. From hundreds of samples to choose from, to creating a custom ID of your own its hard to go wrong. Great pricing and fast delivery! I would recommend ID Creator to anyone!

Review: I made a simple online purchase of ID badge holders, a package of 100, in February. It was only for a total invoice amount of $44.97, but I made the purchase for my employer with my corporate card and I have to account for my purchases. I place supply orders online frequently with different companies and usually receive an email confirmation of my order, but I did not receive one from this order. In March, I realized my package had never arrived, and I didn't have an order number to track it down. I called the company several times that day, only to wait on hold and then was forced by their system to leave a message before being disconnected. I left messages which were never returned. I tried the next day, and when their phone service put me on hold for a time and then wanted me to leave a message, I just figured there was no way to get to an actual human being, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Now it's June, and this is still not resolved. The credit card company sent me copies of the "proof" they were able to dig up from investigating my purchase, but all their proof shows that my order was delivered to a different company on a different street, in a different city, and in fact in a different state. What did that prove? I tried to call the shipper, who assured me that the address they delivered to is the address given them by the merchant, and yet when the merchant provided an invoice/packing slip to the credit card company, it showed my company name and address correctly. My biggest frustration right now is that there is no customer service. There's no way to reach anyone at this company...I continue today to get electronic messages that put me on hold, then ask me to leave a message, which I did...again. I also sent them an email to their generic "sales" email address, which hasn't been returned as of now.

Seems to me that a company who is getting passing Revdex.com scores for customer service ought to actually provide customer service. I feel like this company stole from my company, and then gave us no recourse to request a refund. Plus, there's the added issue of having to fill out an account report and not being able to resolve this issue until they refund the money, so there's just an outstanding amount on my card and it's been there for almost 4 months.Desired Settlement: I don't even want the product anymore, I just want them to refund the money. It's not a lot of money, but in these lean times, and with us being a not-for-profit hospital, every little bit counts. I can provide any documentation you need, everything that the credit card company sent to me for my dispute, with my notes on each one.

This is a great service with great software and functionality. They also have very fast turnaround times. I have ordered two IDs from them, and they were both printed and shipped within 24 hours. The quality was better than expected and 100% professional When they couldn't print a requested ID, they were very helpful in getting my design corrected. I will be using them for all my custom IDs.

Review: I ordered an id from the company on [redacted] 30, through the website IDCreator.com. After I finalized the purchase, a notice of requiring a permission from my company showed up on the screen. After waiting a week for my order, I contacted customer service who said I had to have permission from the company to use their name. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money on May 11, to which they agreed. Today, I contacted them again because there was no return balance to my account. I was then told that I would get a credit to use on the site. I told them no, because I would not buy from a dishonest company. I also told them that my company was non-profit and there were no copyright issues to their name as there are quite a few places in the nation that have that name that are completely separate from us. All I want is my $13.69 back. I have a feeling this is a common issue with them or they wouldn't try to do credits instead of just refunding the money.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund of my $13.69 to my [redacted] account. I've already ordered an ID from another company that isn't so sneaky and unwilling to work with me.

Review: This company took my money, then afterwards said I needed additional forms which I'm not capable of providing, and will not refund the money. I would not have placed the order if I knew beforehand. I was told about the issue only AFTER I paid.Desired Settlement: Provide a full refund since they did not do any work at this point. I was notified immediately after placing the order.

Regards,

decided to test the Badge creator software they provide for badge design, the online cloud software was simple and straight forward, but when I went to print, their system prints to a pdf, which is clipped on the right side of the front of the id, and it prints the backside upside down to the frontside. for a "professional ID" this has a long way to go, unless you want to pay 10-15 bucks an ID for your company.
Attempted to see if there was a fix for the problem, and got treated like I had no brain by customer service, since the printing error is in the pdf they provide for "print at home" then it is quite obvious they don't wish people doind that

Okay so I was provided with a free Service Dog ID card for the purpose of only a honest and unbiased review of the ID card. The card itself looks great it has my dog's picture, my name under handler, and my dog's name. However on the form there was a spot where it asked for the dog's purpose I wrote emotional support. I took this to mean that instead of having the words service dog across the top of the card it would say Emotional Support Dog. I was wrong. I wish that there would have been an interactive picture of what my card would look like next to the form so that I could have understood where all the information was being placed.

Nice, it came out really nice. They got the name wrong but they were happy to fix it (although it took a while for them to get back to me). Over all I like it. I was asked for my thoughts in return for a percentage off and I only say what I really think (trust me, I can't be swayed) With that said I think this a great company and the cards look great as well. The writing is clear and the picture is also. I do love the hologram, it adds a sense of 'importance' and seems rather ligament.

I tried to get an id card printed - they claimed I needed a letter for approval . I was not able to provide the letter - so instead they kept my money and only would give me a store credit. Oh, and 6$ of that was shipping.

They are only interested in keeping your money and not providing their service. Never use these people.
