I am writing in response to your recent inquiry #[redacted] from [redacted] A. [redacted]. 
Mrs. [redacted] was contacted April 1st, 2014, and spoke to live representative agreeing to her purchase. The essence of our service, which is providing identity theft and prepaid legal...

services, is that customers have a onetime fee of $1.95 for the first 10 days. After the 10 days, it is just $24.95 for entire household. Our customers are never locked in to any specific time period and can cancel at any time. It is important that we explain this aspect, as we would not want to charge the customer unless the customer actually wants the service.
Mrs. [redacted] contacted our office in regards to her concerns. She made an attempt to contact our customer service at a time we were not yet available, and left a voice message for us to cancel the service with us. We attempted to contact her back timely, however, we could not get ahold of Mrs. [redacted] so we left a message on her voice message machine explaining her account had been cancelled at that time and we in turn released the pending funds. 
Mrs. [redacted] contacted our service center regarding another program she had signed up for and was under the impression this service had been cancelled as well. While in attempt to explain that this service was separate from her ID Protection 24/7 service, the call got disconnected. Our reps submitted a request for a courtesy release for the pending funds and submitted a cancellation request for that service effective immediately. On May 5th, we successfully reached Mrs. [redacted] and explained that she didn’t have to call multiple times to cancel our service, but since she had multiple services, she was required to contact their service center to cancel that program. Also explained that both of her services were cancelled and pending funds were released. Mrs. [redacted] was satisfied by the end of the call.
