This is a total scam. Do not, I repeat, do not even use this company for anything. They will bill you recurring charges each month. I don't even remember ever using this company but have been getting billed over $35 a month. Total SCAM.

According to our records, we received your order on October 23rd 2019. At the time of placing the order, you agreed to call to cancel anytime within the monthly billing period if you did not wish to continue with the service. At any time you could call our friendly customer support team via our toll-free number, and they would have gladly assisted you. We also offer a simple online cancelation within your account in the customer support page in your account.
According to our records, our first request for a cancellation of the account came when our company received a dispute from your Financial Institution. Which resulted in the account being cancelled immediately.
Typically, in these situations we would advise that you contact your financial institution for the outcome of the dispute, but as a courtesy we have refunded the charges done on June 19th and March 21st as the system will not allow any other months due to the chargeback.Please allow 3-5 business days for that to post to your credit card account.

I signed up for the $9.95 trail offer and got slammed with $39/month charges for several months after that. Customer service is deceptive and evasive, employees trained like robots. I finally got 2 months refund but rep refused to send me to supervisor for additional refund. Supervisor called back and politely refused to offer additional refunds. Revdex.com needs to do everything in its power to shut this company down.

An absolute rip-off! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
They don't deliver their product; waited 20 minutes to speak with a customer service rep (in the Philippines, I think) and then got the run around . They charged me for a product I did not receive on line, and hung up when I resisted accepting a charge for something I didn't receive.

paid $9.95 then cancelled further months. only problem I cannot get the report lpaid for.

We do show record of you contacting us the same day for cancellation of the account and it was cancelled immediately, and you were refund two charges of $9.95. Absolute ***. Hide the cancellation option and keep charging so I just closed my credit card account instead. The infor is not accurate and very limited so they should change their name to "Approximate ID" or so.

After filling out the information and paying $9.95 on my credit card I tried to access the information through my email but was sent to another website that wanted $27. I phoned ID True and was given the run around and still could not access the information. I told her to cancel my account. I phone my credit card company and notified them to remove any charges. I did get an email from Id True that my account was cancelled.

You buy a $9.00 report with nothing on it, then they bill 39.00 and hide that renew from the terms. These reports are junk, you can get the same info from a google search. Not legitimate at all. Complete

I find your information regarding age is inaccurate. John R Haverkamp is not 57-63 years old, but 65 approaching 66
Mistruths inaccuracy on the truth is very misleading to your audience
