Dear ***, We received your complaint from the Revdex.com office via mail on Wednesday, March 23, We would like to thank you for your purchase of tickets to the concert, and appreciate your feedback regarding this experienceIn an effort to clarify I have provided a detailed explanation of the occurrencesThe concert offered discounts on tiers; the 1st tickets, the 2nd tickets, and the 3rd ticketsAfter these first 1,tickets the prices went to the regular 'advance' purchase priceOur records indicate you received the 3rd level discount, which means you were within the 1st 1,tickets, but not within the first 1,000,and you received the appropriate tiered pricing of $per ticketWe have evidence that your transaction occurred at 10:am, which was minutes after the tickets went on-sale to peopleAll of this lines up to the system indeed working properlyWhen there are large amounts of people buying at a given time, it is a occurrence that the process goes through various 'swings', meaning someone could have tickets in their 'cart', so they would be unavailable, but minutes later the respective person may drop them from their cart, or their transaction may 'time-out'When these types of occurrences happen the inventory is then automatically placed back in to the general pool and taken up on a first come, first served basisFor this show we sold thousands of tickets in the first hour, between 10:00am-11:00amIam glad to see that you were indeed able to achieve one of the discounted offeringsI am sorry to hear of the customer service issues you noted; this sort of feedback is not common and we will address this immediately to ensure a quality experience in the futureWe take customer service very seriously and are always working to improve our efforts; this sort of feedback makes us betterThank you once again, and I hope you enjoy what we think will be the concert of the summer

occurrences. The concert offered discounts on 3 tiers; the 1st 500 tickets, the 2nd 500 tickets, and the 3rd 500 tickets. After these first 1,500 tickets the prices went to the regular 'advance' purchase price. Our records indicate you received the 3rd level discount, which means you were within the 1st 1,500 tickets, but not within the first 1,000,and you received the appropriate tiered pricing of $40 per ticket. We have evidence that your transaction occurred at 10:15 am, which was 15 minutes after the tickets went on-sale to people. All of this lines up to the system indeed working properly. When there are large amounts of people buying at a given time, it is a normal occurrence that the process goes through various 'swings', meaning someone could have tickets in their 'cart', so they would be unavailable, but minutes later the respective person may drop them from their cart, or their transaction may 'time-out'.
