I wanted to update the complaint. The business has sent out a subcontractor to evaluate the problem. I was given to suggestions to remedy the issue, and these were relayed to the business by myself and the subcontractor. This was nearly 3 weeks ago, and I still have not been able to get a reply from the business on moving forward with corrective action.Regards,

We are sub contracting someone to do the job and we are waiting for the bid
