Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I am only accepting this response, as I have been referred by the FTC to the CFPB, and have filed a complaint, the same day I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The CFPB will be looking into the violations on the federal level regarding: derogatory Language used by [redacted] employees, and the inability to produce documents to the debtor, as requested. Furthermore, unfortunately for [redacted], I had already had put my wedding ring up for sale (sterling silver ring, see we really don't have much around here), and fetched $90 for it. As my experience with [redacted] and [redacted] both giving me two sets of information on the account, I do not believe a word the business owner has to say nor do I trust it, as the people he employs, and their actions, are a direct reflection of him as the employer. I have spoken with my husband, and we have called out utility companies, and had our utility bills extended out another 30 days, so that I can make a $90 payment, 12/4, a $90 payment 12/18 and another payment of $90 on 12/31 to clear up the balance of $269. Furthermore, I have called the [redacted] billing dept, and expecting a call back today regarding the $450 bill that was being sent to my ex husbands address (again, I tried explaining this to [redacted] who chose to scream and use accusing language).  I will NOT accept being referred to Consumer Credit.

In reference
to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 11/23/15, enclosed is a brief description
of what has happen with [redacted]’s account since November 2013. [redacted] first talked
to [redacted] on 11/22/13. She, [redacted] informed us of her feelings with our client
and their billing department and at...

that time we agree’d to payment arrangement
of $25/month. [redacted] made her payments as agreed, December through March. She missed
her payment in April but made it up in May. All this time we were sending her
payment due letters of $25/month.On May 13th 2014 we sent a payment letter to her asking if she could increase her payments
to $30 or $40/month. Her next payment received on 6/16/14 was $30.00 but no
note indicating she could raise her payment. On 6/17/14 [redacted] sent another
payment due letter for $30.00 due 7/14 and we received another payment of $30
on 7/14/14. Another payment received on 8/19/14. Then [redacted] sent another
payment due letter of $30.00 but also asking if she could raise her payments to
$40. On 8/20/14 [redacted] called our office informed us that she cannot raise her
payments for $40, that she already raised it to $30/month and asked us to
please quit requesting an increase in payment. We received
the following payment until June 2015: $30 on 9/16/14, $25.00 on 10/20/14,
$30.00 on 11/24/14, $30.00 on 12/17/14, $40.00 on 1/26/15, $25.00 on 2/17/15,
$35.00 on 3/16/15, $25.00 on 4/20/15 and $25.00 on 6/16/15, $30.00 on 7/1/15 .
[redacted] talked to [redacted] on 7/31/15 to discuss her payments. [redacted] told her that
her payments need to be made on time. That was when [redacted] interrupted [redacted]
and said that she only owes for July 14. [redacted] looked and said yes you are correct
and she apologized for it. on 8/5/14 we sent [redacted] a missed payment letter and
on 8/7/15 we received the $30.00 payment in our drop box with J U L Y spelt
out. We sent out a memo informing [redacted] that we could settle out her account
for $156.61 but no response received. We received a
$25.00 payment of 08/17/15 and have not received another payment from her. We
have made multiple calls to her phone and have left messages but no reply. [redacted]
tried to call her again on 11/20/15, [redacted] answered and when [redacted] identified
who she was, [redacted] hung up. At no time with any of the conversations [redacted] had
with [redacted] was it mentioned that she worked and could only be called between
her breaks.Since we have
not received a payment from [redacted] for 3 months now,  [redacted] sent out a letter to [redacted] which asks
if we have her permission to call her employer to inquire about a wage
deduction.  This would be an agreement
between ICB, [redacted] and her employer to an agreed payment amount that they
would deduct from her payroll and send it directly to ICB. It does not mean we
have to have a judgment in order to do this, at which case we do not. We received the
call from [redacted] on 11/23/15, she was very agitated talked to [redacted] to inform
her that NO she cannot contact her employer and that she cannot pay anything. She
wanted a copy of the judgment. [redacted] told her no judgment and tried to
explained to her what the letter meant. [redacted] told her that she could risk
going to court and addition fee’s being added, she didn’t care, let’s hear what
the judge says about you taking food out of my kids mouth. [redacted] told her that
he will probably ask if you owe the debt, then you are responsible. [redacted] asked
about her husband? [redacted] replied well he’s not working now, shows how much you
know.[redacted] asked
to speak to [redacted], informed her that we cannot contact her employer and that we
do not know how to do our job and that we don’t call her. [redacted] told her that
[redacted] tried to call her 3 days ago and she hung up on her. Claims [redacted] raised
her payment from $25 to $30 without her permission and that she paid extra and
should cover a few of these missed payments. She told [redacted] to shut up in which
case [redacted] told her to she wanted to speak to her, the supervisor. She stated
that she wants a list of payments sent out to her along with her arrangement in
writing. [redacted] told her that she was in default and new items have been listed
so no arrangement currently in place.  She
is going to challenge the fact that we increased her payments. So as you can
see with the breakdown of this history, we originally agreed to $25/month
payments. It is the policy of this office to check every 4-5 months and see if
the consumer can pay a little more at which case [redacted] did this on 5/13/14 and
then [redacted] started increasing her payment to $30.00. At that time she could
have informed us that she cannot increase her payments and we would have kept
the original arrangement. But on 8/20/14 is when [redacted] informed us that she
agreed to the increase of payment to $30 but could not afford $40 and
requested that we quit sending her notices of increase, and we have.Payments have
to be received each and every month and if you only make a partial payment, we
will send out a notice for the difference you missed along with the current
month payment. [redacted] wants a copy of our “payment agreement letter”. I only
assume she is referring to the monthly payment reminders that we send to her. It
is not that we are refusing to get them to her, I have been working on them as
our letter history is purged after 4 months, I hope to have that soon.In closing, I
know times are tough especially this time of year. If the payment arrangements we
have been working with are to much, we do work very closely with Consumer
Credit Management Services here in Twin Falls and maybe they can help with not
only the accounts you have listed here but possibly all your accounts. Pleaserest assured that we will not be proceeding with any legal action on this and last
thing I want to see is someone sell their wedding ring to pay off this debt.   I would like to discuss this situation with
you and see if we can come up with a plan that will work out with you. If you
agree to this, we can schedule a time where either I can call you or, you can
come into the office so we can discuss in person.[redacted]

With regards to the dispute filed by [redacted] stating that he paid our office $245 to pay office his account and that he owes the rest of the money to [redacted] out of Idaho Falls Idaho, and he states that he denies the $18.75 account that is with our office and...

demands no further contact by Idaho Collection Bureau.Mr [redacted] contacted this office on 04/27/16 extremely upset claiming the account we have listed here was sent to another agency in Idaho Falls and that he payed them the money. My collector, Sarah spoke with Mr and tried to inform him that the account listed with Idaho Collection Bureau was listed on 03/26/16. He interrupted her and said  he paid it and gave them $165. He was ignorant to Sarah when she told him that the last payment we received from you was on 12/31/16 for $66.82 and that payment went to a different account. Sarah pulled the statement and told Mr. [redacted] what the services were and he informed her that he already knew this. He works full time at ** and doesn't have time to come in to make or mail his payment.Sarah tried to tell Mr. [redacted] that this account if completely different from any accounts listed with [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] told her that he still disputes this and will be filing a dispute with the Revdex.com. I personally called our client to see if there was a chance that they may be splitting accounts with our office and Medical Recovery Services.I was informed that this account for $18.75 was only listed with Idaho Collection Bureau. I was also informed that Mr. [redacted] called them back on 3/9/16 and talked to a Maria who told him that this account was listed with Idaho Collection Bureau and that it was still in a pre-collect stage. Mr. [redacted] informed Maria that he would try to get this resolved on Friday march 11th 2016.The account remains unpaid and this account has not been listed with [redacted] out of Idaho Falls. Since Mr. [redacted] has requested that Idaho Collection Bureau no longer contact him, it will be up to him on what he wants to do. If he likes, he can come down to our office and we can discuss with him exactly what we have listed here and he can compare it with [redacted], or if he wants to pay the account off, but we do not accept payment by phone.Sincerely, Patrick H[redacted], General Manager                                    ...
