Flood stated that they will not credit us the difference between what we paid and what the installation actually cost
The original installation of the Mattox furnace was one of our sub contractors who is no longer working with usHe did not do a good jobWe found that he missed installing some itemsWe then found a new HVAC contractor to finish the work AETThey finished the work for the original quoted amountIn addition to that the Maddox wanted an extra credit for what they say the difference is between one HVAC company and then what the previous HVAC company chargedAET owed me a huge favor so they did this work for an extremely inexpensive amountNow, I have credited the maddox bill to make them happyIn addition to fulfilling the original contractTherefore we did loose money on the project
