Review: I had purchased my first CPAP machine and all the devise that go with it for over $1000 from Idaho Home Medical this experience was good. But when purchasing replacement masks it was a nightmare. The products I needed were not available and when suggesting another mask that was on order I agreed to try it and was given a delivery date which was missed without any communication to me. Upon calling I was given another delivery date which again was missed without any communication to me. This went on for a coupled more rounds at which time I discontinued service with Idaho home medical. Since discontinuing service with them in April-2013 their automated calling service has called me once a week with a message that says "This is Anita from Idaho Home Medical I'm calling to check on you CPAP therapy and needs please call our toll free patient needs...... etc, etc, etc." After repeated calls (4+) to have this stopped I still continue to get these calls. At this point I feel it is harassment.Desired Settlement: Stop the harassing phone calls
