who was with his date at the time, that the touch ID will no longer work because the glass from the broken screen had cut it. He said 'that was fine because he needed a working phone and he will just go to [redacted] and have them replace the home button’. Our technician told him [redacted]  doesn't just replace the home button and that they would do the full screen assembly. He still insisted on getting is phone fixed at our store. He called a couple weeks later and said he wanted a refund and our technician re-explained everything back to him as he had when he was in store with his date. The technician told him we would provide him a refund, but he would need to bring our parts back. After the customer yelled and cursed at our technician about the issue, the customer said 'fine whatever' and hung up on our technician. We did offer to do an in store warranty on the simple snap, but he said he bought one from [redacted].We don't do refunds on simple snaps and our policy has always been no refund on parts unless the parts can be returned to us. We cannot provide a refund and not collect our product back, which the customer was unwilling to do.

The customer's frustrations are valid. We failed to provide the level of support we desire to provide all our customers. This repair in particular was difficult due a batch of defective parts from our supplier. We tried all we could with the parts he had in at the time which all failed. After...

determining the parts were the problem we did provide the customer a loaner phone, moved all his data over and repaired his phone with new parts when they arrived, verified all functionality was back, and returned his device the night of 7/6/2017. The customer appeared happy and understanding and went on his way. Because of the recent failed batches of parts we have moved suppliers and hope to regain the trust of the customer in our ability to repair his device in the future. Ours hopes are also that this will once again allow us to get back to providing the level of service our customers deserve.

I am rejecting this response because:my phone broke Father's Day, it took Tim July 6th to get it fixed. I still feel like I am owed a refund, because, I wasted so much of my time going back and forth. Will I get compensated for my gas? For my time?  Kevin, you have great customer service. Victor, you're incompetent of performing your job functions, you were rude to me, and rude to my girlfriend. I don't think you deserve to manage a store.

We offer a 90 Day warranty on all repairs. If you are within your warranty time frame, feel free to come by and we would be happy to correct any issue with your computer. If we are unable to resolve the issue we would be happy to refund you with the return of the parts used for repair.
