I would like to update the desired settlement portion of my complaintTo resolve this, I will accept a refund to my credit card of the cost of labor which resulted in damage to the shifting mechanism of my bike when they attempted to repair the flat tireIf I recall correctly, the total charge was

I spoke to one of the two Mechanic's who performed the work on the bicycle. He is one of our most experienced mechanics with over 20 years of experience and lots of experience working on belt drive bikes. We have sold and serviced belt drive bikes for many years and all of our mechanic's have experience working on them.The wheel was removed and replaced correctly without any damage to the bike or its components. The problem is due to many years of use, causing the plastic components  to wear out and no longer function properly. We offered Mr. [redacted] to take his bike to another shop to get a second opinion on the work we performed. When he started threatening my staff he was asked to leave the store. If there were any adjustments we could do to make it work like new we would gladly have done them.
I sympathize with Mr. [redacted]'s frustration and if he can find NEW correct replacement parts to replace the worn out parts I would gladly do the labor to replace them for free.
