My number is [redacted] as it always has been, I have Received calls with no issues and have left this number several times with the operator when calling in the pastMy email that is on file should also work as I routinely Get advertisements from the companyI would Like to know how the refund will process since I dont Keep a card on file and would appreciate that call to come to the number indicated in this responseThank you, ***

We can't discuss any information regarding a patients private health information but we have record of contacting this patients on Nov 27th, with no answer and no voicemail able to be left, Again on Nov 30th in the morning with no answer and no voicemail able to be left and later that same day, Nov 30th, with no answer or voicemail availability Once again today, we will attempt to reach this patient to settle this matter Our policy at Valley Medical is to treat patients with the utmost safety At any time if a physician feels medication is not in the best interest of the patient, the physician may remove that patient off medication We will reach out again to explain this to the patient but having a very hard time getting in touch with her Please note we will also give the patient an immediate refund today

Though a physician always has the final call to dispense medications, good customer service is so very important to us and it is clear you did not receive the service you deserve. I just confirmed that our manager today Dec at 12:20pm that she did indeed speak to *** to inform her the refund has been processed and explain the medical concern we had regarding our process in dispensing medication to patients at risk. We have several notes regarding all messages left and date and times we have tried to contact this client. Please confirm with her once again as this was resolved yesterday
