Thank you for the notice/letter regarding [redacted] ' complaint, ID [redacted] We, at Citywide Rentals and Property Management appreciate the services the Revdex.com provides to customers and businesses Thank you.In response to Ms [redacted] ' complaint, it is accurate that she did not qualify for our rental unit In accordance to our screening criteria, Ms [redacted] did not qualify because she has an eviction within the last years and was placed in collections, for a large amount of money, which resulted in a judgement against her, that is not satisfied She did not meet our screening criteria.All applicants are required to read and sign our screening acknowledgement form before applying with us I've attached the signed form with Ms [redacted] ' signature The form states that there is a non-refundable $application fee for everybody over years of age The form also states that applicants will be denied if they have any type of money judgements to a prior landlord in the past years.Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund Ms [redacted] application fee.If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me directly.Warm regards, [redacted] L.Manager
