My name is Elizabeth L [redacted] ; I am Gary L [redacted] ’s wife and IRAHAS is a roofing company that is in our nameThis is the first time that we worked on a complaint that is why we have been confused on how to handle this situationLike I explained over the telephone, Mr [redacted] spoke to Mr*** [redacted] who is a client of our companyMr [redacted] contacted Gary asking how much to install a roof on a cabin, which Mr [redacted] ’s cabin had an area of 17sqWe offered our initial price to install the roof per the adequate process Tear all the roof off, install under liniment, and snow shield in the full area and last the shinglesMr [redacted] contacted us requesting that we only install the snow shield on the perimeter of the cabin since Mr [redacted] had determined a low investment on the projectThe cabin is in Donnelly which was based on the information provided by Mr [redacted] When Gary went to this project, he only installed Snow Shield on the perimeter of the cabin and to our surprise the area was not 17sq but 29sqMr [redacted] took the price for the material and Gary helped by reducing the cost of labor by half of the cost for the entire installation of the roofWe had to contact Mr [redacted] several times for him to pay for the materialFinally, he made the payment for the material and the labor after all the discounts that Gary offered himNobody imaged the winter that Idaho had this winter, the amount of snow and then that it turned into iceSadly, only choosing to install the snow shield on the perimeter of the cabin for the low costBecause of the amount of snow and ice it causes it to affect the roofWhen we were contacted by this complaint we quickly called our insuranceThe insurance advised that they would contact the consumer and advise of the situation after doing an investigationIf you would like the contact information to the insurance and claim number, they will advise of the situationWe have always had communication with our clients and our insurance stated they would contact themI can resend the emails and documents of this case to you or you may contact the insurance since they have all the necessary informationThank you for your patients and attentionElizabeth

When we were contacted by this complaint we quickly called our insurance. The insurance advised that they would contact the consumer and advise of the situation after doing an investigation.
