Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke PERSONALLY on the phone AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if this was to be trimmed all around the shrub and she stated yes I'm tired of being lied to for their inconsistencies and for them blaming the customer I am paying them their money as I am an upstanding citizen who does not default from paying my bills They are a cheating scam of a company

The client was provided a concise and detailed proposal which clearly stated the following. 
Pruning: height reduction (it goes on to explain that the two arborvitae shrubs would be reduced in height by 2-2 1/2 feet and a recommendation for the ideal timeframe in which to do the...

work.
 This is one of the reasons we make such clear descriptions on our proposals.  As you can see in the attached image, the scope of the work was reduction in height and makes no mention of any further pruning.  Rather than contact us directly for corrective action the former client made a choice to file this complaint.  She has since agreed to pay the invoice (although took it upon herself to make a payment plan, for which we received a payment yesterday in the amount of 5$.  We are happy to work out payment plans with our clients, it is not however, at their discretion to assume one after the fact.  We gave clear indication what the scope of the work to be done would entail (reduction) and completed the described and clearly stated scope of work.  The scope of work is clearly explained in the proposal.  This complaint is frivolous and without merit.  The scope of work was clearly stated and then approved by the former client.  Had she contacted us directly we may have been inclined to do something for her above and beyond that scope, as we hold in very high value the satisfaction of our clients.  At this point however, we wish no further contact with the former client, we will not be returning to do any work of any sort at her location and only wish to be compensated, in full, the amount agreed upon.  Upon investigation I think you will find our record of customer service speaks for itself.  Please advise of the next step for us in resolving and removing this complaint.  Thank you for your time, Ezekiel T.
