Subject: # [redacted] Hello!I just received an email and attempted to call earlier, but it appears I’m just after your 3pm closing timeI’m responding to this complaint # [redacted] , indeed the first email had been missed (I think it went to spam, as I searched for it)I’d be happy to talk to someone about thisI’d say about once a year, we have a client threaten to contact the Revdex.comIn this instance I’ve already emailed the client stating that indeed when she paid online our [redacted] software system allows a client to select the start dateShe did not select a future start dateI already offered to restart this month pass at any date that she would likeWe do not offer refunds, and this is stated in our online system for terms and conditions for all gift cards and similar passes, such as this oneSince the client has already been made aware that we would credit her that pass for any time, I believe she has chose this route as rather she wants a refundI feel some clients go to extreme means to get a refund when they are not handling their finances well, often when they’ve used a service, etcI don’t think there’s anything else I can do at this point, and I believe the Revdex.com will then dismisses the claimPlease see the photos of the email sent below:***see attachment*** Thank you for your assistance in these matters, I only regret that some chose to waste other’s time rather than simply in this case just utilize the service they purchased for any date they’d likeIn gratitude,Daysha M H [redacted]
