on or before April 12, At that time the Landlord agreed to switch over utilities by April 13, On Tuesday April 14, 2015, I visited the property and noticed the keys and remotes on the counter and went through the property which had been broom swept cleaned but needed to be housecleanedI scheduled the cleaners to go to the property on April 22, after inspectionOn April 22, the same day cleaners were going to the property, I received a call from *** to let me know they had been at the property the day before and had cleaned the propertyI had no way to go re-inspect the property and also let *** know the cleaners were either at the property or would be there shortlyI called the cleaners, they reported back to me the home still needed more cleaning.Therefore, referring to the contract that Golay, *** and myself signed,Tenant is responsible for the house clean and carpet cleanAlthough I can be compassionate about their frustration, I believe that assumptions were made when utilities were placed into Landlord's name and when I witnessed keys and remotes left at the property plus I was told they would be completely out by April 12, 2015, that this is how Tenant chose to leave the propertyAll in all the property was in good condition but at the time I inspected the property, it still needed to be cleanedAt no time was Idahomanagement informed Tenant would be returning to the property.This is due to lack of communication both by Landlord and Tenant.I therefore revert to the contract/lease agreement and Tenant is responsible for house clean

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Lack of communication is mainly on the management company, we tried to email and called leaving voice messages that were either not returned or returned several days later. We shouldn't have to pay for their lack responsibility to their tenants and property. Also, [redacted] told [redacted] the cleaners were there only for a couple hours yet charged for 10.5 hours. We requested to have a walk through with us present completed and [redacted] said it was not necessary to be present to and another coworker would complete the walk through.
