A few months ago Ida's changed to [redacted] products and naturally the prices went up. A new menu board was installed. The menu price for my usual Iced Caramel Latte was listed at $4.45. Yesterday I was charged $4.95 even though this was not the price on the menu. The person who waited on me stated that [redacted] wanted to charge more for the caramel sauce vs. caramel syrup. I get the caramel sauce as the drink tastes much better. I believe this is a violation of the "truth in advertising" regulations.
