I have been consultant @ IDC Technologies since February, I am very UNHAPPY with their servicesToday is December 4, 2016, and I still didn't get money for weeks for June and they didn't pay me for day for April, I got money for August only on November Solving any problem required 10-phone calls from my TCS manager + multiple emails from meRecruiters are polite but they can do nothing to help getting my moneyThey asked me not to discover delays in my payment to TCS (my contract is through TCS and IDC Technologies)I am going to apply to the court to get my moneyIDC Technologies are very slow, accounting is terrible, and for my years North American experience in IT, it is the worst agency with very low culture

Based on my experience this is a reliable recruitment company. I've worked with IDC recently on 1 project I'm really satisfied. Why? The project description was fairly clear, but it was easy to see that I was placed on a project that was slightly above my skill set. However, I enjoyed that. I was able to learn along the way and performed well. It was indeed an excellent experience. What I also liked was the fact that the recruiters worked for me, answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Really happy to work on the next project!

I submitted my resume to IDC as I was in urgent need of work. From the start it has provided me with a lot of offers and projects. Though I haven't accepted any project contract yet, all the offers are a perfect fit with my experience and skills. The pay rates are amazing from the companies. I also receive a notification from the company whenever there are any job openings or offers available. And the good thing is I don't receive any calls or e-mails about irrelevant job offers like other companies.
