Review: Resource Processing Center cold called our store, tricked a member of staff to telling them information about our printer, and then when they were transferred to the individual responsible for buying office supplies they misrepresented themselves as a company we had an existing account with. They then told us they had made a mistake in not informing us about a price change (still representing themselves as a dealer we normally buy with). It was only when they sent a fax with their actual company name in it (as an invoice) that this deception was realized.Desired Settlement: We do not want them to contact us again nor any other companies that may be tricked into a sale

RE: [redacted]

Resource Processing Center follows strict verrification procedures prior to shipment of any merchandise. Orders are placed in writing prior to

shipment of merchandise where terms are agreed upon. As is their right, this consumer canceled this order and this transaction has been

closed.

We disagree with the statement by the consumer, After investigation, we there was no case of misrepresentation. The confirmation sent was

an ORDER CONFIRMATION not an invoice. \Me will refrain from contacting this consumer in the future.

Sincerely,

Customer Service

Review: This company calls numerous times and claims to be the company we do business for for toner; they fish for information about our copier and more than once have tried to claim we have a contract for shipping toner and can they have the copier information and approval to ship toner. I have NEVER dealt with this company and every time I tell them that we have a contract with another company - they still try to "bully" the information out of me. When in the past I try to get the company name, they automatically hang up. Today, they actually gave the name and when I asked them to verify, once again they hung up. This practice is dishonest, deceiving and deplorable and from what I can gather on review websites they have "taken" many others with this ploy and proceed to send them overpriced product.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop contacting this company. We pride ourselves in doing business with honest, law-abiding companies and have NO intention of every doing business with their sleazy company.

Review: IDCServco called and stated they were our "current toner provider", asking us to reorder toner. The invoice received is ten times the price we normally pay for toner - $619.00 or a toner that normally costs less than $60. We believe this is fraud.Desired Settlement: We would like IDCSERVCO to either give us the toner or reduce the price on the invoice to $60. Invoice number 467253, account no: 7418700

Review: False account information and overpriced products. I first received a call on 11/19/2015 from [redacted] at IDC Servco. The call was for [redacted], an employee who had recently left the company and whose position I took over. [redacted] told me that [redacted] had placed an order with them that required payment in order to be fulfilled. But it was brought to my attention today that [redacted] had cancelled the order and our account with them before he had left our offices in May 2015. [redacted] never told me this and has called me several times to fulfill more orders in order to pay off our account. I have been told several times that this order will be our last and that if we cancel our account, they will charge us over $2000 as a cancellation fee, which will end up costing us more than going through with the order. But they have been charging us approximately $1500 last month, and again this month to complete our orders. Back in November, I was told that that order would be the last one and that they would take us out of their system, but they have not. Now the continue to bill us even though we have a supplier.Desired Settlement: We do not wish for IDC Servco to continue contacting our business. We do not wish for to pay the remainder to the invoice that have been sent to us, nor the cancellation fee. We wish to be removed from their system completely.

Review: This company cold calls people with our company to sell them toner cartridges that are supposedly on sale. They have verbiage on the back of there invoice that you can only return the item within 3 days of receipt. But the invoice is sent well after 3 days with this. They also are supposedly not affiliated with the "SALES COMPANY" but their mailing addresses are 12 miles apart. This IDCSERVPRO is posing a proxy between the consumer and a fictitious business "Executive Business Center"Desired Settlement: I'd like to return this toner and not have to pay for it.

Deceptive business practices with cold calls selling toner from a supposed "Executive Business Center". Verbiage on invoice with terms such as must return product with 3 days of receipt. But they send the invoice well after that.
