From our understanding of this situation, the customer's complaint is that the blades on the auger dulled after drilling numerous holes The blades are a wear point on any model or brand of earth auger and without seeing the soil conditions and whether there are excessive roots, rocks or sand, it is difficult to assess the validity of the customer's complaint That said, the company is willing to provide new replacement blades at no charge to the customer

Attached is the invoice from [redacted] for the Ion auger and accessories order

We have spoken with the customer and arranged to have a technician fix the problem. I believe the matter is resolved

Ardisam is willing to provide a replacement unit so long as the customer returns the unit for inspection and we are able to determine that the problem was not caused by misuse of the product

We have spoken to the customer and agreed to send him a set of replacement blades now, and another in the fallHe seemed satisfied by this response

Due to the fact that the customer has allegedly had issues with separate products, Ardisam needs to determine the cause of the alleged problem If the customer is willing to bring the product to an authorized repair center for a diagnosis of the problem, Ardisam is willing to provide a
replacement so long as the repair center determines that the problem was not a result of using the product in a manner that would void the warranty

Based upon our understanding of the situation, the customer's issue has been resolved

We just offered the customer a refund as he requested in this complaintWe said:

I have discussed your situation with the Director of
OperationsHe has read your Revdex.com reportIn it you state "All I am asking for
is a refund of $for the base unit that has never performed the function
with the 10" blade as purchased."
We are willing to refund your $on the condition that
you agree to send back the ION powerhead, 8" bit, and both batteriesWould you
agree to that resolution? You can keep the battery bag to use however you wish
If so, I will create a UPS return label for the return of
the ION powerhead, 8" bit, and both batteries
