Review: Purchased a bedding set online in Feb., I washed it and it became non-usable after the wash. Called Idea Nuova Inc., and they agreed to replace it. They sent it to me, in March, 1 time and I wasnt home to accept the package so FedEx didnt leave the package and returned it to Idea Nuova Inc. Well I contacted the company back and they had record or the return and were suppose to ship out another bedding set and said that they did in April and I never received it. I called customer service more than 2 times and got the voice mail and I left my name and phone number and I never received a call back from them so I called the main number 2 times and they took my info down and was suppose to call me and I never received a call from them either. I paid $58.88 for the bedding set. The address that it was sent to was [redacted], I also have the INI# [redacted] and the bar code #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I either want my money refunded or I would like the bedding set resent to the address of [redacted]

Review: I bought a product produced by Idea Nuova from a retail store in my home town. The product started tearing and falling apart the first day I bought it. The store I bought it from would not accept it back as a return and instructed that I must contact the manufacturer. I have been attempting to contact Idea Nuova about this since September and have not received any call backs from their customer service. Every time I call they take my name and number and say they will pass it on to customer service to return my call. No one has returned my call. It is now the end of January and I still have a broken product that I paid my hard earned money for and this company does not seem to care to even bother to call me back to try to resolve the problem. I have even attempted to talk and contact them on their [redacted] page and the only response I got from there was them saying call our customer service center.Desired Settlement: I wish for this company to refund me the money that I paid for this product.

Review: I purchased a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Tent for our sons full sized bed. Within ONE MONTH the entire tent started falling apart becoming a dangerous safety hazard. The fabric started to tear, the elastic started to stretch becoming extremely loose, etc. My wife emailed the company and they never responded to her. I then decided to email Idea Nuova Global and Disney directly telling them how Idea Nuova Global is putting out shoddy product with their name out it and its bad for Disney and surprise surprise Idea Nuova Global responded to the email I sent them. From the three emails I got I was under the impression Idea Nuova Global was going to ship me a new tent but that was over a month ago with no further contact from them no matter how much more I email them. I don't want to see someones child die from being strangled from the elastic or something.Desired Settlement: The product should no longer be made as I feel it is not safe for use. Also, I want my money back because NO product should fall apart within one month of use especially a tent.

Review: I have been calling this company since Thursday 4/*/2015 about a missing coupler needed to put the item together and a push light that is not working. I have called the ###-###-#### (this is just an answering service)number on the box 3 times and left messages and still no one has contacted me so I went online called the direct cr ###-###-#### of course I got no answer and had to leave a message and then I sent an email. They should make it easier to contact them or at least call you in the 24 hours they tell you they will.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the coupler needed to put my purchase together and a working push light and a apology would be nice since they have not contacted me and have made this experience with their company a very frustrating one.

Review: ON OCTOBER **, 2013 WE RETURNED A DEFECTIVE ORIGINAL SLUMBER BAG ([redacted]) #[redacted]. WE RETURNED IT BECAUSE IT WAS FRAYED/DEFECTIVE. THE COMPANY NEVER RESPONDED. A FOLLOW-UP LETTER WENT TO THEM ON 2/**/2014, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO THAT EITHER. SIX OTHER LETTERS WENT TO THEM AFTER THIS, AND THEY FINALLY RESPONDED WITH A 10/**/2014 LETTER ASKING FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE. IT WAS SENT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH THE SLUMBER BAG BY [redacted]. WHY THE RUNAROUND AND NON RESPONSES FOR WHAT TWO YEARS?Desired Settlement: REPLACEMENT OR REFUND PLUS $20 IN POSTAGE TO RETURN IT TO THEM...BACK IN 2013.

Review: We bought a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4 piece dream set with a tent a pillow and light for our son. The light was turned on once or twice by him before we smelled something burning inside. We took the light apart to find that the wiring was VERY faulty. It had completely melted off in one section and sparked if touched against another piece of wire. As parents we are very concerned about this as it is dangerous.Desired Settlement: As no one was hurt we would just like a replacement with a pushlight that is safe
