[redacted] stated as response to the complaint is: Prefinished floor is not perfectly flat when bought, that is why it has a micro bevel on itIf you wanted a flat floor 100% you would need to have a floor sanded and refinished As for the nail holes, we left a can of Minwax putty, and told you we may have missed a few holes, and she agreed and paid upon completion She didn't want to have a new floor installed and sanded and finished due to the time crunch in movingIf she still as an issue, I would be happy to go look at it, but there is nothing I can do about the highs and lows, as stated originally.I believe the job is finished as I explained the way the outcome would be and she had the putty for extra nail holes
