Ideal Air

I had bought the 24,000 btu 15 seer mini split made by ideal air. I must say it has been an agony from the beginning getting it installed and of course I had to troubleshoot it within days of the installation. About a month later it stopped working in the cooling mode entirely. This is incredibly critical to anyone using a unit for temperature control in an indoor garden. After calling the customer service number to troubleshoot the unit to no avail, I tried to return it to the store I purchased it from because I need to have reliable equipment on hand. They informed me that ideal air would not allow them to refund me. I have found dealing with this company an incredibly miserable experience lacking any form of professionalism whatsoever. I could not in good conscience reccomend Ideal Air to anyone.
