I am rejecting this response because:Ideal auto sales is bad for businessIts a scamThey sell used non working vehiclesTheir customer service is badThey could not tell me when vehicle could be finishedThey do not provide reliable transportationI have loss wages due to their lack of customer serviceI didnt expect a refund because I know they are bad for business$3,wasted on a non working vehicleI refuse to pay $monthly and repairs on a vehicle I leased not even days prior to vehicle needing repairsI will make customers aware of their bad service

I am rejecting this response because: This because I at the time that I purchased the car I not informed about the recalls that were on the car that could endanger my passengers, family friends children, myself. One or two of these recalls existed on the care for better than a year

labor warranty on the powertrain onlySince she has owned this vehicle for months now, obviously any warranty claim would be expiredThe customer was also told at the time of delivery that we do not have loaner cars and that we do not cover towing under any circumstancesWhile we are sympathetic to the customer's frustration with the vehicle not operating properly, we have done everything required by usWe have offered to help the customer and at this time she refused to contact our service department for helpIt is our stance that the customer has no valid complaint and is simply mad because her vehicle needs repairs.Sincerely,*** * ***Manager

Mr *** should have been informed that it can take up to days to receive a title once payoff is madeIf an employee told him differently, it was in errorWe apologize if this is what occurredWhen we utilize outside funding sources,
the titles are held by themWe must request the title when payoff is made and wait for it to arriveIt usually does not take days, but in some cases it doesMr*** was informed that his title was available for him to pickupHe was in on May 21st and received the titleHe received the title in less than the days and that should conclude this issue

To whom it may concern:This letter in response to complaint ID submitted on 4/7/This customer did purchase a vehicle from us on February 24, This vehicle was purchased with a month/3000mile 50%/50% parts/labor warranty on the powertrain componentsI have attached a copy of the
signed warranty documentsShe contacted our service department on 4/4/at 4:00pm and told us that the vehicle would not startWe gave her the option of having the vehicle towed to different service locations in Decatur, Bloomington, or Springfield as our warranty is only valid at one of our own service locations and towing is not included in the warrantyShe told us that she would have the vehicle towed to our Bloomington location so we scheduled her an appointment and told her we would get it tight in and advise her of the status of the vehicle moving forwardThen at approximately 4:50pm that very same day, she called our Bloomington store and told us that the vehicle would not run, that she couldn't afford to have it towed, that she lost her job, had no way to pay for it, and that we need to come pick it up because she didn't want it anymoreWe advised her that if we did pick it up, that it would be considered repossessed and that our collection department would pursue her deficiencyWe tried everything we could that day to work this out with the customerShe then responded that she didn't care and told us to come get itWe repossessed the vehicle on 4/6/As you can see, the customer was offered help, but refused itThe finance price of the vehicle is irrelevant in this matter because she signed a legally binding contract for the purchase of this vehicleThe customer's desired settlement of a refund is deniedDue to the repossession of this vehicle, we consider this issue resolvedWe lived up to our end of the purchase agreementIt was the customer who did not fulfill their end of the agreement.Sincerely,*** * ***Manager

I am rejecting this response because: I only agreed to pay every weeks to stop the emails, phone calls, and lettersI feel that every weeks is fair

I am rejecting this response because:Ideal auto sales is bad for business. Its a scam. They sell used non working vehicles. Their customer service is bad. They could not tell me when vehicle could be finished. They do not provide reliable transportation. I have loss wages due to their lack of customer service. I didnt expect a refund because I know they are bad for business. $3,000.00 wasted on a non working vehicle. I refuse to pay $400.00 monthly and repairs on a vehicle I leased not even 35 days prior to vehicle needing repairs. I will make customers aware of their bad service.

To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to complaint ID 12373499. The Customer purchased a vehicle from us on 05/12/2017. The original Financed amount was $13,740.75. When we received the payment of $5,580.00 from the insurance company, the payoff on the vehicle was $13,182.92.. After we...

applied the payment to the principal balance, we were left a deficiency of $7,602.92 on the account. The customer is incorrect in her statement that the insurance company paid off the vehicle as they clearly did not. We did not harass the customer for her payments. We were simply trying to collect on the deficiency on the account as we do with every customer who has a deficiency. Ideal Auto Sales did not breach the retail installment contract. The customer breached the retail installment contract when she refused to make any payments on the account. We will no be providing the customer with any written notices stating she does not owe us anything on the account as she most certainly does. Additionally, we will not be updating anything on her credit report other than the facts as we are required to report. All of this will be a moot point considering the customer filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on 08/30/2017. assuming she can get through her bankruptcy, the deficient debt against us will be nullified. At this point in time, it is our opinion that the customer does not have a valid complaint against Ideal Auto Sales and we will no be pursuing her deficient debt against her unless her Bankruptcy does not become discharged.Sincerely,Chad L RotzManager
