Very upset with this businessMy yr old grandson went looking for somewhere to get his car repairedIdeal Auto told him he could make payments with $down and he could take his carThen they changed it and said he had to have half down $and he could take his car and make payments on the restMy husband talked to them and they told him the same thing that he could pick up his car when he paid half and make remaining paymentsWhen he said he had the money for the half down and was going to pick up his car they changed it again and said he had to have it allCalled my house told me I could post dare a check even though they said they don't take checks which they advertise they do and he could take carMy daughter called them upset because they were changing the deal they made with him again and then they said they wouldn't take my check or a credit card which they also advertise they take they will o my take cashThey called my phone and left message all deals are offI kept message for proof that they did make agreements with him and meWOULD NOT RECCOMEND TAnyone to do buisness with them

I informed dealers [redacted] and [redacted] that I was a single parent needing a dependable car to get to my job as a nanny. My daughter recently started private school so I was not having to drive her to and from. A dependable car was a must! I had no down payment or even cash to go towards a car, but I had my 2006 Suzuki as a trade in. I was assured that the 2006 Passat was in great working order and very dependable. The manager [redacted] claimed to much knowledge about this "particular" car and checked it himself. I must say I had not planned at all to purchase a car on this particular day but the two salesmen gave me very positive feedback on the car. As a christian mom I invited them both to my church one stated he used to attend it and so did his children. He stated his once attended the same church school as my daughter. I say all this because in the end I was actually showing these gentlemen my babies I care for as a nanny from my phone! I totally trusted what they said. I stayed for hours at their business only to now know they lied. Upholstery problems, leaks (H2O) in trunk, timing belt about to go out, cv boots need replacing oil light on (frequently have to put oil in) All (4) tires need replacing and this list goes on.Desired SettlementI want to speak with the owner for a resolution. [redacted] informed me at first that he was the manager. At the time of purchase, there was a small tear in her upholstery. At this time, I informed her, that if she would bring her car back to me Friday, I would be more than happy to repair her car.Well the first Friday, rolled around and she did not show up. She showed up on Tuesday, of the following week, demanding that I repair her car. At this time, I informed her AGAIN my repair guy is here on Friday, and to please bring me her car back on Friday. Once again, on Friday, she did not show up for repairs. This went on for approximately one month.After that, she showed up in front of our place of business, and started picketing on a Friday. But she was still unable to bring me her car for repair.I do not understand why she could not bring me her car on a Friday to get the repair done on her upholstery, but she would show up in front of our business with the picket sign.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.[redacted]General ManagerIdeal Auto
