The worst expirience ever. I purchase a crib online and after noticing that the funds were taken out of my account and no email was recived abotu the shipping I when online to check on the status and notice it was on hold. I try calling and sending several emails but noone ever answered untill a few days later almost a week I got a hold of a live person and she decided to cancel my order because my card billing address was different from address that I wanted the item to go to. And again the funds were cleared cause I had spoken with Bank of America to make sure they did not stopped the payment, but thsi place still cancelled my order adn I think its stupid and I have the right to have the item shipped to a different address if I want to, shipping is $80.00 and it was a large crib with a drawer and I did not wnate dthe item in my billing address wich is my mailing address I wanted the item going to my living address I have a convertible and I cant move it and I was not about to pay for someone to move it for me on top of paying for the 80.00 s&h This people are unethical they have a number listed on their website that noone ever answers and different email address that noone replys to!!! And if you try to leave a review on their website if they dont like it they remove it!! Again worst place ever
