Review: I ordered a door insert with miniblinds from Ideal (after much effort that is anotherstory)on August 1, 2013 amount 353.48 has been charged to my credit card. Today August 30, I spoke with Mr. [redacted] who placed the order and he in fact did not ever order the product but billed my credit card. I told him I would call to let him know to go ahead and order the product or not. I decided to order from another company. I tried to call Mr. [redacted] at ###-###-#### and was put on hold and hung up on. and then I called back and was hung up on. I called back and was put on hold for a long time. I hung up and called the Rocky mount phone ###-###-####. That was a voice mail. I left a message for either a Mr. [redacted] jr or the 3rd to call me about the Roanoke store. with a brief description of the problem. An elderly sounding gentleman called me back and he did not seem to understand anything about this ideal Building suppl. The caller id read [redacted] IDesired Settlement: I want the 353.48 refunded to my [redacted] visa I tried to solve this with them but can not do much when they will not talk to me.
