My swamp was but in 4 yrs ago I just had a new roof put on and found out the the swamp was not put in right
the roofing company told me that if a heavy wind came up that the swamp would fall right over.. And call ideal climate and that told me that I should off let them know right away,,, We told her that we dont get on the roof and that there company has been the one that has been serviceing it why did they say something,, But why should they they are the ones that but it it
now the person just call and said that she is not going to do anything about this

Our company provides a 1 year warranty with installation, (this installation was done under her warranty company 4 years ago)Mr. called my office to explain the situation, I informed him I would review the account and talk to my manager to further assist their issue. We did continue to service their air conditioner after the installation (4 years ago) and we never had issues with the stand or the AC being loose. Because their checks would always come back returned for insufficient funds, we decided not to accept checks from them anymore, cash only. So they stopped calling us for service.
A year later they call my company with that information stating it was our fault. With the El Paso winds we get, it might have loosened up or the Roofers may have caused the damage, there was no way knowing until we would go back out to look at the issue, but she said the roofers had already fixed the problem.
Also, the reason I refused service was because Mrs. called our office and left 2 insulting messages that I do have saved. The first message she left, she got upset because I "never" answer the phone but for the record, I was out to lunch. Businesses are allowed lunch time and breaks, which is why businesses have answering services in case we are not in the office or on another call, they can leave messages. The second message she left, she called my technicians Stupid and then she called me stupid as well! She said and I quote "especially you!" So as any company, we have the right to refuse service to anyone - and because of that I did!
In the complaint she reported, she did not say WHY we refused service, and the reason being is for the behavior, name calling and insult she left on the answering machine. Thank you.
This company is the worst I ever hired. They installed a motor to my A.C. unit and the work was horrible. Thank God my house did not catch on fire because of this unprofessional people. They used pieces of cardboard as a gasket in order to installed a used motor on my unit when they charged for a new one.
One of the burners was installed incorrectly blowing the flame in the wrong direccion.
Be careful and don't use them.
I am filling a complaint with the Revdex.com, and with the insurance company they work for.
Refund I had to contract a different person to fix their mess. I want to get refunded the money i spent fixing my unit.
Once again, we apologize and as per our phone and in person conversation with Mr. we had back in December of 2017, we are not returning money requested. There were no damages done by our company, the motor seized due to normal wear and tear.
A claim was filed through his Home warranty company a year ago to check the heater issue on Dec. of 2016. He paid a deductible amount of $75.00 (claim picture shown) and his warranty company covered the cost of the NEW motor, tax and labor.
We scheduled an appointment and went out to his home on 12/06/2016, an Inducer fan motor was needed and we called his insurance for an approval. This motor was not in stock and to overnight the motor was an option and neither he nor his warranty company wanted to pay an overnight fee. With Mr. permission we ordered the NEW motor (see picture of receipt shown) it took 3-4 days to arrive at the store. We did not install a used motor as he said we did, since every motor, parts or brands are different, we do not have every item in stock or at our warehouse, so we need to order them.
When we received the part, we scheduled an appointment with him and returned to his home to install the NEW motor. The tech tested and ran the AC unit and it was working properly at time of service. Fast forward a year later Mr. called my office very upset of the fact that he had to install a new motor again and he was demanding the money he spent on replacing a new motor.
I advised him to call his warranty company but he stated he did not have them anymore. If he still had the warranty company, they would have taken care of that issue and replaced the motor at no cost to Mr.. Also, if he would have called our company first before calling anyone else, we would have taken care of that issue and replace the motor as it still had a warranty and we would have replaced the motor at no charge.
When he talked to my manager last year, he stated he called a friend or a John Doe and he replaced and charged him the motor for $330.00. Honestly, whoever he called I think they are fraudulent because if they would have taken the motor in, they should have received the motor under warranty and at no charge, therefore he shouldn't have charged Mr. for the motor. Once again we apologize but he does not have warranty anymore, we only give 1 year warranty on parts and since someone else put hands on that unit and took the original motor that voids our warranty.
