We recently had a remodel project which consisted of taking out carpet and installing a wood floor in our living room area We also updated the bathroom off the kitchen and also updated the washroom In the bathroom area we replaced the tile, put in a new stool and cabinet above the stool, and also a new sink We also painted this room In the washroom area, we replaced the tile Also, in the living room, we took down a large mirror above the fireplace, drywalled the area, and then put a new TV above the fireplace A large project that was completed in roughly a week plus maybe one day We were very pleased with the performance of all the Ideal Construction crews They were all very respectful of us personally, and of our home also I felt they all went above and beyond our expectations especially in working some long hours to keep the project on time [redacted] who is Vice President of Ideal Construction actually put our new wood flooring in He has over years of experience in this area, and it was very pleasing to have him take the time to actually do the job himself Overall, the remodel experience with Ideal Construction was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to use this company again

We had a rep from Ideal Construction in Rutland VT come into our business and tell us "we can get your roof replaced and bill your insurance company due to the hail storm" The hail storm was almost 2 years ago. The rep was told "our damage is an old roof, not caused by hail" His response "the insurance company doesn't know that and we can replace it and bill them". I believe this to be illegal and also an activity and business practice that helps insurance prices go up! I think this is terrible
