Ideal Dental Potranco

On 1/20/2020 I went to The Ideal Dental office to get my dental cleaning routine. It was my first time in this office. The Dentist assistant took the X-rays pictures. After the X-rays were done the dentist said that I need it a deep cleaning because I had an inflammation. The X-rays didn't show that. The dentist wanted to charge me $635, for the cleaning and for the first visit. the personnel made me feel uncomfortable. I told them that I didn't want nothing to be done. I asked them to give me a copy of the X-rays, I am still waiting for them. I think that it is too expensive for a cleaning. The dental office already charge the insurance for the X-rays. I am entitle for a copy of the X-rays, I would like to get a second opinion from another dentist but they haven't sent me the X-ray copy.
